Windows 10: I got a virus but it won't go away. I did everything I can think of, still nothing. What...

I apaprently have a virus on my computer called Tool:AndroidOS/Multiverze and it doesn't want to go away, it keeps reappearing. Scans say I have no threats, evn Malwarebyte. I did everything I can think of to remove it but the threat reappears. Something sort of similar happened once but ít was apparently an issue and nothing to worry. I don't know what to do.
