Windows 10: I got Bluescreens issues since the 22H2 Version Update of Win11.

Hey Community,about two weeks ago, I updated my computer to Win11 22H2. After that, I got my first bluescreen issues. Errors: REFERENCE_BY_POINTER KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FALIUREI got those fixed by a full reinstall of Win. 2 Days later the issues came up again, I fixed them using DISM.exe, sfc and chkdsk.After that, everything worked for some hours, then I needed to fix again. This pattern continued until yesterday, when I played soem game without autosaves and lost about 3 hours of progress, I decided to try to fix the whole thing.I assume that the video card itself or the drivers ar

How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2 Win Update

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.

I wish things are that simple. My error code was 0x80246017, and I don't have KB5020435 installed so it's a dead end. BTW, MS lists like 6 or 7 error codes of the format 0x8024xxxx on the "troubleshooting WU problems", and when you chose next step, it suggests generic steps: run WU troubleshooter, check if your disk has no errors, is your remote disk is accessible, etc. Same as MS community; each similar error has completely different cause and (re)solution.
MS in notorious for this- if it works then OK, if it doesn't then good luck.

 

w10 22H2 performance

Got all my computers updated to version 22H2, both Win10 and Win11, haven't seen any issues with speeds. There is a bit of wait with a couple of programs but they've been that way ever since installing on different versions of Windows and Linux.
