Windows 10: I got charged for Robux I didn't even get, and I can't buy it twice even though it's an...

I have $5.00 in my Microsoft account for some reason, so I go to buy 80 Robux from the Roblox app on Microsoft Store. The purchase was having a lot of issues before, saying stuff like "Purchase could not be completed, you have not been charged" something along the lines of that. So imagine the shock whenever I re-open Roblox, try to buy Robux again, and my account has went down from $5.00 to $3.93, mind you, I still have 0 Robux when I should have 80. Imagine the even more shock whenever it says "Looks like you already own this" whenever I try to purchase it again. This basically means I can't

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

Thanks for your help but... it didn`t work, I get the same error...

I would like to try some more solutions before reinstalling the Windows, so if you can assist me a little bite more... ... it would be highly appreciated.

First off, It was an AT&T store employee who suggested that I go this route to get what I want.



But Second, I read through that entire conversation and it's not clear to me that buying the phone off ebay instead of AT&T will trigger the charge based on what is said.



When you called did you make it clear that it was for a phone purchased elsewhere?
