Windows 10: I got issue on user access control dialog box appears when setting system environment or...

I have just changed from as mentioned step followed after this issue happened .To create or disable automatic login on Windows, you can follow these stepsress the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.Type netplwiz and press Enter. This will open the User Accounts window.In the User Accounts window,selected staandard user and as attched user account control dialog box appear now how to resolve please guide me further

User account setting dialog box

I am using Google Chrome and today when I opened it, I got the user account settings dialog box appearing asking me if I want to allow chrome to make changes to my computer. I opened up the notifications control and set it to do not notify me. I then closed
everything out and reopened chrome. Same issue. How do you get rid of the notification user dialog box?

no longer able to set User's environment variables in control panel

From the description provided, I understand that you are not able to work on the Environment Variables in Windows 10 after the latest update to build 10586.3.

The path to access the Environment variables in Windows would be:

Control panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Advanced -> Environment variables.

However, if the above is still in place, but however, you still face functionality issue, I would suggest you to rollback to the previous build and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Click on Start and select Settings and then choose Update & security.
• Then click on ‘Recovery Options’.
• Click on the ‘Get started’ button in the ‘Go back to a previous build of Windows’ option to start the recovery process.

User Access Control Issue

I would suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Method 1: Verify UAC settings.

1. Press Windows key and type "UAC". Under the search options, click on
Change User Account Control Settings.

2. Make sure you didn't keep the slider towards Never Notify.

Method 2: Run a System file checker.

If the User Account Control settings are correct but the issue persists, then run a system file checker scan and see if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and click onCommand Prompt (Admin).
  Kindly provide the administrative password, if prompt appears.
• Type sfc /scannow and hit Enter.
• Exit Command Prompt.

(Steps for Windows 8.1 are also applicable in Windows 10)

Note: Run the System file checker thrice if systems errors were not corrected in first attempt for SFC.
