Windows 10: I got locked out my hotmail account and nothing is working.

I NEED HELP!!I have a hotmail account that i basically use for everything, work, gaming, websites, etc... and now i'm locked out.Everything started about a 3 weeks ago when i got a notification that my Hotmail is "out of date". I pressed on fix account, and then verified it was me using my phone number. Everything started working again.Yesterday i got the same notification. When i typed in my password, it said that i tried too many times and entered an incorrect password after only entering it once and i'm solid positive that i entered the right one. I went back to the password page and entere
