Windows 10: I got locked out of my laptop and I need access to my bitlocker key

I got locked out, and I have no idea how to access my bitlocker recovery key. I went to my devices in microsoft to try and access my key, but the page just reads "try a different URL" we don't have anything to show you at this link. I tried logging into azure with the same account, but i got kicked out after entering my bitlocker recovery key id for not being in a tenant. I really need help

Locked laptop, no password, Bitlocker locks the drive

A colleague expired recently and left his laptop (issued by the office) locked and Bitlocker locks the drive. We don't know what password he used and the Bitlocker recovery key. How can we reformat the laptop if there's no other way to access it?

I don't have the right bitlocker recovery key to access my laptop

I don't have the right bitlocker recovery key to access my laptop.

I have a key from a previous device.

When it was purchased and set up, I was not given the option.

Now my laptop is locked asking for my bitlocker key.

Is it possible to speak with a Microsoft agent to sort this out?
