Windows 10: I got my Microsoft account hacked

My account got stolen. I gave my infromation to a random pirate discord server. When I tried to enter it gave me a code but then some random emails popped up that aren't mine. I got the link from a random discord server and in a voice chat they were telling me what to do. I also have a card that I have purchased the game with and can provide you details number is 5168 6103 6683 6750. I also have the guy with the chat to confirm that I joined a server, that I later got kicked out. How cans someone hack into my Microsoft account when I have the two step verification .. that can only be approved from my cell phone?

 

77000 Steam accounts hacked every month

Ironically I've had the same crappy password since I made my Steam when HL2 came out and never been hacked, but I've had my Origin account jacked twice with a much more complicated password. 2 step on Origin fixed this problem, but just thought it was kind of funny. I went with 2 step on Steam to be safe too.
