Windows 10: i got my pc reset and now the font in browsers, file explorer looks a bit different

i got my pc reset by a repair shop for ram and other stuff and now microsoft edge, file explorer fonts look a bit different. here are some examples:-

Some files listed in Windows Explorer are blue font

I seem to have run out of room on a Windows XP Pro system. I tried to defrag but don't have but 7% room available. I looked in Windows Explorer to try to find some huge files that might be corrupt and I see a few that are listed in blue. What does that mean? I have not compressed anything on purpose. Thanks

 

Bolded Font on Internet Browsers

This issue may have been caused by a Windows 10 update that changed your font settings automatically. If you recently updated your operating system, we suggest that you follow these steps to see if the font will go back to normal:

• Type font in the search bar.
• Select Change Font settings.
• Click Restore default font settings.

Changing font for FIle Explorer

I just turned off Cleartype to solve another issue. - - - Updated - - - Arial Unicode MS as a font substitute for Segoe UI is a noticeable improvement. Why can't they get this so text looks right - even Arial Unicode MS isn't great!

By comparison the same size font in the browser looks just fine.

Now if they used different luminance values of the same colour as the text to do ClearType instead of half the rainbow (esp. blues and oranges) it would be SO much better IMHO. D.
