Windows 10: I got Premium Microsoft Mahjong, and I have two computers I play on. Why didn't Premium...

I got Premium for a few different games, and for Solitaire and Word Games, Premium was active on both devices. For some reason, though, Premium didn't sync across the two devices for Microsoft Mahjong, even though it's in the Microsoft Casual Games suite of games. Both devices are Windows 10, by the way. I just like having the option of my games nearby no matter where I am in the house. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Microsoft Mahjong upgrade to Premium

My PC is Windows 10, and I cannot upgrade to Mahjong Premium. The error code is 0x801901F4. How can I resolve this, and be able to play my Mahjong without the ads?

 

Premium version of Microsoft mahjong issue

i purchased a 1 year premium version of Microsoft Mahjong about 9 months ago so I would not have to sit through the commercials and movie trailers before playing the game. Up until today it worked perfectly. Today it is not recognizing that I have the
premium version. In order to play the daily challenge I had to sit through the commercials - what a waste of time. Anyway, how do I get MS Mahjong to recognise that I have a premium account again?

I am also experiencing problems with the Premium edition of Microsoft Mahjong since there was an upgrade to the app. Please can you help?

I have played this for many years and have purchased Premium each year. I have paid for it again this month (October 2016) as it had expired and yet the app still refuses to accept that I have indeed paid for Premium.

Please help or refund me as this isn't acceptable.
