i have tried everyway uninstalling ,downloading driver ,disable and enable in bios setting this still pops up and my touchpad does not work . in my window setting touchpad only have sensitivity tab and nothing else

so i assume next steps are to have that program open that you suggested whilst using the laptop and then when the touchpad gets disabled to check if the keys have changed?

In the meantime, we suggest that you check if ASUS Touchpad is enabled on your device. To do that, you may follow these steps:

• Type Settingson the search bar and press Enter.
• Select Devices.
• Click Mouse & touchpad.
• Select Additional mouse options on the right pane.
• Choose Device Settings (some called ELAN) pane, check Yes/No of Touchpad. If
  No, click Enable and select OK.

Crucial claims that the max RAM supported by the laptop is 32 GB (2 X 16 GB). I know of no more trustworthy source of information.

These are the specs for the Samsung RAM:

It's not obvious why there'd be a problem.

I get from your post that the laptop came with a single 8GB SODIMM, and that you're trying to add a second. Is that correct?
