Windows 10: i got this msg of sihost.exe error and now im not able to login in into my laptop

so i use windows 11 and one day after updating my laptop showed this msg " sihost.exe system error " " this system detected an overrun of a stack based buffer in this application. this overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application". and now im not able to login into my laptop. tried restarting , shutting it off...but it ain't helping at all..im a student and i really need my laptop to work asap. no tutorial on YouTube are helping as im not able to by pass the login screen .

windows version 1803. sihost exe. error May 18, 2018 update crushed my OS

im not sure what is happening on the latest windows update on windows when i updated may asus laptop, it was totally unusable, black screen, sihost. exe error, desktop was unavailable, start menu is also not working, explorer exe. error also, pls provide
a solution coz im frustrated on what ur update have done to my laptop.

Please confirm the following things for me.

1. Is your system connected to the internet? You can check this through the network icon at the bottom left corner of your login screen.
   
2. What error message are you receiving when you login with your Microsoft account?
   

I would suggest you to login to
http://login.live.com/ with your Microsoft account and check if you are able to sign-in with your credentials.

If you are able to sign-in with your Microsoft account on the live website, you can follow the steps in this article to ‘Start
your PC in safe mode in Windows 10’, kindly follow the steps in the section ‘From the sign-in screen’ and check if you are able to login to your system.
