    I'm experiencing trouble with my touchpad, Dell Touchpad (Synaptics) mouse freezes in place every ~60sec on my laptop which I purchased last month, I have a warrenty but I feel there is a fix for this problem by now atleast, I have tried to update to the
    latest drivers and it seems I'm running the latest up-to-date driver still so that didn't do anything, next I went into Device Manager and this is what I found

    Google couldn't help me resolve what these two messeges mean.

    Stopped a "snap-in" I just hit "End now" I don't know the meaning of what a snap in is. I have Macfee Virus protection still, as it was included in the purchase of this windows 10 laptop I'm sure no virus is on my system. I've been a long time fan of Onedrive,
