    I had to restart my computer since one of the applications had a memory leak making my computer started to freeze up, so I gave it a hard reboot. My computer updated while it was starting up and when I tried using my Bluetooth headphones they didn't work, I looked into settings and it said that Bluetooth was turned off but I couldn't turn it back on since the Off and On switch was gone, I thought maybe it's a problem with windows so I fully updated everything including all the driver but it still didn't help. I went to the troubleshooting setting to see what the problem was, and it said that "

    I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

    Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

    Any suggestions? *Confused I had a problem with my Bluetooth driver so I uninstalled it and now I can't seem to... :confused:

    Method 1:

    Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter

    Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

    • Press “Windows key + Q” and type “troubleshooting”.
    • Select “Troubleshooting”.
    • Select “View all” on the top left corner.
    • Click “Hardware and Devices”.
    • Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.
    Method 2:

    Uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth driver

    I suggest you to try uninstall the Bluetooth
    drivers check if it works for you.

    Follow the steps to uninstall the Bluetooth
    drivers:

    • Press “Windows Key + X key” and click “Device Manager”.
    • Right-click on the “Bluetooth” device listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
    • Select the option to “delete driver software”.
    • “Restart” the computer after its uninstalled.
    Try to access the device manufacturer's website and download and install the latest chipset and Bluetooth
    drivers.

    Thank you for using Windows 10.

    I would suggest you to update the Bluetooth drivers as the initial troubleshooting steps and check. Here is the steps:

    • Press Windows+X key on your desktop and select
      Device Manager
      .
    • Locate Bluetooth drivers, expand, right click and click on Update.
    If it doesn’t help, then I would suggest you to uninstall
    and re-install the Bluetooth drivers in compatibility mode. Here is the steps:

    • Go to your manufacturer’s website and download the
      Driver’s setup file
      for your computer.
    • Press Windows Key + R on your desktop screen to go to run box.
    • Type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
    • Under Driver, expand, then right click and select
      Uninstall
      .
    • If you are prompted to Confirm then Confirm.
    • Go to the location where you had saved your downloaded setup files of the drivers and
      right click, then select Properties.
    • Select Compatibility Tab.
    • Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
    • Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.
