    I had an update done on my computer and now printer will not print in colour - is orange...


    My printer HP ENVY Photo 7155 will not print in colour since I had an update done yesterday. It prints in orange tones only.
    I have replaced both cartridges but to no avail...please help

    Can't print in colour to any printer from any app

    Yes, I have that Colour Management tab, and yes, my monitor is listed. I was showing the Printing Preferences boxes, this is the Printer Properties tab.
    How does that help? I can't see anything useful there. Should there be profiles associated with the HP printers showing?

    Printer not printing colour

    When I print from Windows 10 Mail and from Office Excel only prints black and white. In the case of Mail this happens even if I check print colour on print drop down menu. I have an HP Envy 5544 wifi printer which has updated driver and prints colour OK
    on test page. I have failed to find any obvious settings that apply. Advice please
