    how to free up space from local disk (cI had converted my windows disk from Local disk C to E, how can i change it back to C? :) by keeping all the files of local disk (cI had converted my windows disk from Local disk C to E, how can i change it back to C? :) in to new volume E

    I AM TRYING TO FREE UP SPACE IN LOCAL DISK (CI had converted my windows disk from Local disk C to E, how can i change it back to C? :) BY KEEPING ALL THE FILES IN NEW VOLUME E BUT NOTHING HAPPENS THE SPACE USED IN LOCAL DISK (CI had converted my windows disk from Local disk C to E, how can i change it back to C? :) REMAINS THE SAME EVEN THE NEW VOLUME E

    Problem with my Local Disk C

    So I used to have 94gb or smthin space in local disk c and 400gb smthin each in local disk D and E. However I had uninstalled windows and got ubuntu on my pc and all these disk spaces were combined in it and i had 900gb or smthin in it.After that I again reinstalled Windows for some reason and I found out that i can see only 145gb of space in local disk c....idk where rest of the space has gone and i want it back...any solutions?

    Local Disk D is faster than Local Disk C

    Thats a pretty cool story.

    looking at the size they also appear to be completely different disks.
