Windows 10: I had Copilot Preview before Updating 23H2

I restarted my Laptop and a new I icon appeared Preview Copilot and I was sure that I didn't download it, I then used the tool to as bing AI about it and it says this Copilot should come with 23H2 update, I currently have 22H2 update and last update was like 10 days ago.How it was installed before Upgrading to 23H2?!https://ibb.co/WGvpmJg https://ibb.co/rvr0VRj https://ibb.co/QpLxK2x https://ibb.co/JKfs1m2and now it appears that I can download 23H2:https://ibb.co/vLQByNP

I installed KB5030310 update and Copilot is not showing

What country/region are you in? The Copilot is only in limited areas. This is the fine print from the announcements:

Unable to get Copilot Feature in Windows 11 Version 23H2 OS Laptop.

Hey Friends, today 01 November 2023 My Laptop received new Windows 11 Version 23H2 OS Update. My Currently Version is Windows 11 Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.2506).

Today Microsoft / Windows Team was going to release "Copilot" Feature in Taskbar. But after I updated My Laptop I didn't see "Microsoft Copilot". I checked Personalise - Taskbar - Tasbar Items, but it didn't show "Copilot" Feature {As attached Screenshot below}. My Friends also got the "Copilot" Feature. Why so???

I would like to know how can I get "Copilot" Feature in Taskbar of Windows 11, Version: 23H2 OS Laptop.
