Windows 10: I had just installed the new windows update and now solitaire not working

I got the new update on my desktop and laptop tonight 5/30/2021, and now the wife and I can not get Microsoft Solitaire Collection to work. I don't want to lose our progress by resetting the game app. How do I fix this problem?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I understand the inconvenience that you are unable to play game Solitaire on Windows 10.

I suggest you to install all the pending updates and check.

Steps:

• Press Start button, type Windows updates and click on
  Check for updates.
• Click on Check for updates.

Windows will start searching for the updates and try to install all the updates.

during the update causing your
Solitaire Collection
to
crash. We suggest that you perform these
methods of troubleshooting
and run the application again:

Method 1: Run the Windows Store Application Troubleshooter.

To run the
Troubleshooter, click this
link.

Method 2:
Run SFC Scan.  

SFC
will
scan
and
run
an
automatic repair
to any
corrupted system files
that it will detect. We suggest that you perform it twice. To run an
SFC scan, follow these steps:  

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.  
  
• 
  Type
  sfc /scannow
  and hit
  Enter.
  

Method 3: Reset Windows Store.

To
reset Windows Store, follow these steps:

• 
  Press
  Windows Key + R
  to open the
  run window.
  
• 
  Type
  WSReset.exe
  and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  Open
  Windows Store
  and
  sign-in
  with your
  Microsoft Account.
  
• 
  Run
  the
  Solitaire Collection.
