I had MS Flight Simulator instaled in Win10. Now, reinstaled into Win11, the same PC. It calls: The Code was used. What to do??? No offer from MS to reseolve it.

Microsoft Flight Simulator issue after Windows 10 Upgrade

I suggest you to completely uninstall Microsoft Flight Simulator and check.

Refer the steps below to uninstall.

• Press “Windows key + X”, select Control panel.
• Open programs and features.
• In the list of installed programs, select Microsoft Flight Simulator, and then click
  Remove.

Note: If you have earlier versions of Flight Simulator in the list of installed programs, you will have to remove them in addition to Flight Simulator.



Reinstall the Flight Simulator.

Reinstall MS Flight Simulator 2020

After restoring my system drive form a Reflect backup all works except Flight Simulator which gives this error. Microsoft Flight Simulator can’t open because it can’t be found. The storage device might be missing or disconnected. This appears to be a common problem fixed by reinstalling the game. The only way to do this seems to be to uninstall then reinstall it. However, when doing this do you lose all your flight records etc?

I'm actually building a new Windows 11 PC. The C: drive is 500GB SSD and the drive I want to install MSFS 2020 on is a 1TB SSD.
