I don't know the OS version of the bureau, just mine. Did they likely violate security policies? I wasn't told about using a public computer at the library.

B&W printing problem

Print a photographic image with true black in it somewhere and see if it comes out correctly. If not, then yes, replacing your black ink cartridge should do it.

Edit: And yes, Namslas' suggestion is a good one, though I'd suggest alcohol instead of water.

 

Darken Ink on Print outs

All of a sudden....!!.....The printing from my Canon mp610 is very, very light. I have done all the maintenance suggestions from Canon. I read of a 'Darken Intensity' option but I cannot get it or find it. All the ink cartidges are full. Any suggestions?

 

Ink Cartridges keep drying out

I only use my printer very occasionally and whenever I do the ink is usually too dried out to print. Any suggestions? I've heard somewhere that you should print a full colour page once a week to avoid this happening but that seems a bit wasteful as ink is the 7th most expensive liquid.
