    I had problem with right arrow key. It doesn't work properly. How to solve it?


    I had problem with right arrow key. It doesn't work properly. When I click it don't work . immediately if I click any other key jst after right arrow key then the right arrow key skips the whole video while watching or even in typing it behaves like a long press and jst goes to end of the para . I have tried uninstalling driver several times . In the keyboard tester too doesnt seem that arrow key works , it is working rarely one a day may be . There is no dust on keyboard . I have tried on screen keyboard it works good . Is it some hardware issue ? My keyboard driver is Standard PS/

    Right and left arrow keys not working properly

    Hi there.

    I am facing a problem with laptop keyboard.

    Right and left arrow keys are not working properly. Whenever I press them it won't move or move too farther.

    Hello Ali,

    I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor.

    I understand that the right and left arrow keys of your keyboard isn't working properly.

    Here are some list that you help you determine the cause and possible fixes:

    **There could be some dirt or debris that fall on to that keys and can obstruct for it to work properly. Try removing the key and clean the area.

    **If it's the function keys that are not working, you may have toggled the F-lock key. F-Lock key is used to turn on or off.

    **Some keys aren't used in certain programs. Test the keys that isn't working on other programs such Word, Notepad or your web browser.

    **Program interference. Run Windows in safe mode and check if the issue will appear:
    Windows startup settings - Microsoft Support

    **Driver issue. Visit your device's manufacturer website and download the latest keyboard driver.

    You can also start troubleshooting the keyboard via Device Manager.

    1. Press Windows key + R, type devmgmt.msc then hit Enter.

    2. Click on Keyboards.

    2. Right-click on the keyboard driver.

    3. Select Update this driver.

    If updating doesn't help, click on uninstall this driver instead. Then restart your device.

    **Defective Keyboard. If you've tried all the suggestions above and its still not working, most likely the keyboard is damaged or defective and needs to be replaced.

    down arrow key stopped working

    My razor lycosa down arrow key decided to not respond at some point today. The other ones work and so does the numpad arrow if i turn off the numlock. Sounds like its just broken and im screwed, but any suggestions?
