Windows 10: I had school image that I installed on my 2 laptop and pc , I dont remember the ms office...

I had school image that I installed on my 2 laptop and pc , I dont remember the ms office and microsft version which i bought initially ,how do i revert back

My laptop will not sign into the school account for MS office.

What I can do is.

I can Sign in to MS Teams + OneNote on my PC and phone at home.

I can sign into MSO365 on my PC + phone and Laptop through the web browser.

What I cannot do is on my Laptop sign into MS Team or OneNote on my Laptop. The Laptop will not process the login.

Yes the password is working proven time and time again

Yes I have uninstall OneNote and MS Teams and then reinstalled.

I tried removing the cache in several places having looked through the web pages asking the same question.

Spoken to the school admin they do not know either, my last thing to check is flatten the pc and start again. unless.

I have several accounts on my system at least Five.

At the moment I am using my private account for all MS Office word etc etc.

I can login into MS Teams using any of my other accounts. Just not the schools.

 

I cannot open any of my Office files; Word, Excel, Powerpoint

I am working in Windows 10 home version 1909.
Can not afford an upgrade.
My Office files are old, dont know what version.
Cant remember how I updated this laptop to Windows 10 months ago.
PROBLEM:

I looked for my Windows old file as suggested, and it IS gone.
Haveing a small breakdown, will step away and return in a few...ANY DIRECTIONS AND ANSWERS WOULD BE GREAT!!!!!! PLEASE WRITE THEM IN STEP BY STEP FORMAT. Thankyooouuuuuuuu!

I would suggest you try to Repair MS Office. To do this please try the following steps below:

1. go to the Control Panel

4. choose "Repair."
