    This happened to me when while I was trying to donload the files for installing windows 10 in a pendrive for anew computerWhen I tryed to donloadesput me this message, It's in spanish:No estamos seguros de lo que sucedió, pero no podemos ejecutar esta herramienta en tu PC.
