Windows 10: I had this problem for days and couldn't find any fix

Discus and support I had this problem for days and couldn't find any fix in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I tried to download visual studio code c++ 2013 and it says error 080070641 and people said to go to service.msc and it says windows can't find it or...     I had this problem for days and couldn't find any fix


    I tried to download visual studio code c++ 2013 and it says error 080070641 and people said to go to service.msc and it says windows can't find it or class not registered
