  1. I had to pay $276.78 to fix my brand new computer after a Windows 10 Update

I had to pay $276.78 to fix my brand new computer after a Windows 10 Update. The computer is a new MSI steel series Gs65 2018, and it updated one night, and the next morning was stuck in a loop trying to do an "automatic repair" , continuously restarting. Like I mentioned, I had to pay to have this looked at, fixed, and have my computer backed up, have my computer wiped , and have a "complete" version of Windows 10 put back on by Geek Squad. Geek Squad mentioned that this was caused by the update. I apologize for my lack of knowledge if

I have used some terminology incorrectly, but I think this is clear.

I'm upset because this is an issue by the update, and I'm wondering if there are any compensation programs provided for users like myself, provided by Windows? I'm so concerned about future updates, and I'm concerned about continuing to be a Windows user at all, which I have been forever.

Thank you for your time and help.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
