I had to reinstall windows 11, do I need to delete the old BitLocker recovery key and save a new BitLocker recovery key for the new install? The old key is saved in Azure Active Directory.

It still doesn't seem to be working. Here is the first screen I see:





If I click the "Delete" link next to one of the keys, I then see this screen:





If I then check the "I've saved a copy of this recovery key" box and click "Delete", I see this popup window indefinitely:





I can see the original window behind it (screen one above), but the popup window isn't movable. What is going on here?
