Yes, hello Microsoft, I can't get back my account, because I have to wait 30 days to get my stuff back and change my email, you make it too easy for hackers to get people's accounts, and you don't let them change the email, can't you use some sort of other security instead of waiting 30 days where THE HACKER CAN JUST CANCEL THE REQUEST WITH THE DISPOSABLE EMAIL THEY HAVE ON MY ACCOUNT, thanks microsoft you useless company.Also to anybody who has this issue, I wish you good luck because you ain't getting your account back unless the hacker is a BRAINDEAD HUMAN BEING, which all hackers are anywa

How can I bypass the 30 day info update

Hello, I have a hacker in my account and I need this 30 days to be removed so I change my account password. Please he stole already most of my accounts on different websites

 

Account is hacked and locked for 30 days but hackers have just added another email.

My main microsoft account was hacked on Thursday. I was locked out and couldnt change the password, something to do with 2 step verification. I have had to create a new account so i can post on here

I spoke to Microsoft who then did something to the account preventing me and the hacker accessing the account for 30 days.

But about 20 mins ago i got an email from Microsoft saying that security info was added to the account. This is a 2nd email from the hacker that has been added even though i was told nobody would be able to access the account.

Can anybody help. I cant reset the password etc, how are they still accessing the account?

The main account was stolen by hackers, and there was no way for the child members of the family group to log out.

I am sorry this happened. Normally when your account was compromised and the hacker changed your security information (the contact info to receive 2 factor code), you would be given notice and the security info wouldn't be changed until 30 days later, so that will allow you to revert the change. Do you recall getting any email from Microsoft notifying that? If it is still within 30 days, the code should be still sent to the old contact information that you set up.

If it is proven that you cannot get the code at all, this is a very unfortunate situation as recoverying a hacked account usually is impossible, but considering you have a minor's account that can be also victim of this, I will suggest that you follow these interactive steps to contact support and see if they can do anything about it to at least protect the minor's account. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil...
