Windows 10: I hate windows 10 errors. Now I have three errors at once and I don't know what to do. :(

I hate windows 10 errors that I have encountered so far. For example the 100% disk error occurred to me twice. The first time the pc wouldn't even work. It would take up like 5-10 minutes to open a browser and then finding solutions online was just pain (I had to search them through my phone then). I've tried like 5 solutions, nothing worked. Then I found 1 solution that worked, it was using some kind of disk cleaner app. After a while this happened to me again. This time using that disk cleaner app didn't work. It wasn't like the last time tho, the pc wasn't so laggy. It was just a little slower. Then I asked my friends about advice and one of them suggested deleting files from disk. He said that the same happened to him when his disk was full. But my disk wasn't even half full, but I tried it anyways and somehow deleting some zip files and the files that you start installations with (I'm sorry, I have no idea what they're called) worked. Now I have like three errors at once (if not even more) and I think they might be related. So the first error that I found about is that my start menu doesn't work, when I click on the start menu or press the button for it on a keyboard, a window pops up that says: critical error, start menu is not working (or something like that). While I was trying to fix the start menu error by one of the methods that was including going to updates and uninstalling the latest one, I found out that some updates failed to install and tried to install them again but it didn't work. I've tried more methods on the start menu error, but none of them worked. Then I decided to backup some of mine and my brother's files on usb. When I tried to open images another error popped up that said: Class not registered. Then I tried opening gifs, videos and wav files and the same error popped up. I searched up these errors online, but most of the solutions Found were through the start menu. So I think if these errors are related then none of those solutions would work. I'm not sure about this, I know nothing about stuff like this so I would really really appreciate if someone could help me here. Should I keep trying those methods or you have a specific method that could work? Please help me. Thank you.

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

GPU-Z.0.8.5 error with Windows 10

Guys, I have the same problem here since the last Windows 10 update! I never had GOU from AMD and don´t know why It´s appearing.. I did every fix possible but nothing works.. =/
