Windows 10: I hate Windows updates now : Stuck in a boot loop.

My computer automatically started updating but got stuck when it reached 7%. then it came up with "We couldn't complete the updates, Undoing changes". I waited half an hour before the laptop died so I put it on charge and tried to recover the laptop, as I had suspicions that something was wrong. I then tried to factory reset the computer to see if that got rid of the problem, but when it asked me to select a windows version to reinstall, both options shown were "Windows 10 on volume 3", but when I selected either of them the computer would glitch slightly when on the restarting screen, the

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
