Windows 10: I have 1 gig internet service but my HP laptop only does about 210 mbps. How can i fix this?

I have 1 gig internet service but my HP Pavilion laptop only gets about 210 mbps. How can i fix this? There is very limited demand for bandwidth so that is not an issue.

<100 Mbps on Gig network - Fixed?

I just upgraded to a new Windows 11 PC. Reused the same ethernet cable, but only got about 50 Mbps, where my Win10 got about 800. My PC is plugged into a dumb gig switch. The switch is plugged into one of the 4 ports on my Google Fiber router. I also have a Synology NAS with two NICS. The primary NIC is plugged into a second port on the Google Router. The secondary NIC (for redundancy, not aggregating) is plugged into the same switch as my PC. This has worked for years on my Win10 PC, but appears to create a loop with my Win11 PC. When I unplug the second NIC, my speed goes from 50 Mbps to 850. Why? If there's a security issue, shouldn't it stop it completely? What does Win11 do differently that it doesn't like the connection? My new NIC is a 2.5 gig NIC, but everything else is gigabit and the link indicates it's a gig link? Is the faster NIC just flooding the network and if so, why doesn't it effect the whole network?

 

HP x2 210 no sound

My HP 210 tablet/laptop says that there is no audio output device installed and I've looked everywhere on the internet to try and solve it but no prevail and the store I bought it from would charge me £60 to have a look at it and even more money to fix it,
just wondering if there is anyone on here knows how to fix it. if so replying would be a huge help

Slower internet speeds on HP Laptop Than Normal

So I have this problem where my internet speed is not reciprocated on my HP laptop. I normally fix this by using HP Assistant where it would reset my network adapters and I would gain my normal mbps (120) but recently HP assistant is not fixing my issues and I’m stuck with an mbps of between 15-30. I’ve checked other devices in the household to check if it’s a router problem but all the devices are going up to 120mbps. Please help me.
