Windows 10: I have 2 Bluetooth User Services!

Recently Windows 10 asked me to reinstall my bluetooth driver, after installing the reinstalled driver my laptop cannot recognize or even pair with other devices. If I try to connect one of my bluetooth devices it would say something about the bluetooth device not responding. Also I tried pairing it with my phone yet it worked right off the bat but my laptop won't. I have tried going to "Troubleshoot" then to "Hardware Devices" & "Bluetooth" with no luck. Even tried to do reinstall my Bluetooth Driver still no luck. Tried to do a clean boot yet still no luck. I even had to go back to a restore point but sadly, no luck. I won't "Reset my PC and keep the files.", period.

After researching about my problem I encountered solutions about that, but my problem was still not fixed. But then I noticed when going up to my "Task Manager" then clicked "Services", I noticed something that was not there which was I had 2 Bluetooth User Services. One of those was not there the last time I checked my "Services" Tab (I frequently or seldom check my "Services" Tab in my Laptop.

I wonder if this is the cause of my Bluetooth Problem. Please I need help, I always use bluetooth as a medium of having my work done a lot faster.

I have found a possible solution for both of us (I can't test it right now) it's changing the start type in the registry from Manual to Automatic.

Change "Start" from 3 to 2 in the following places:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BluetoothUserService
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BluetoothUserService_33965
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\bthserv

I am not sure it will work but i'll try it soon

Edit: I just saw that you cannot turn on/off Bluetooth, i know how to fix that.

Step 1: Open services.msc
Step 2: Start the following services:

Bluetooth Support Service
Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service
and any other Bluetooth related services.

Then set all of them to automatic.

BTW: I am having a problem setting Bluetooth User Support Service to Automatic, but the registry thing I showed you up in my post might fix it.

 

Bluetooth Services

I've been using the audio gateway on my phone for a while, but when I actually looked through the list of services it does provide, I found it to be quite large. For some reason, my computer doesn't support many of these, such as remote control etc.

I'm pretty sure it has more or less to do with my bluetooth adapter, because it gives me only a small list of the total services it can accept. Anybody have any idea how I can add more?

 

The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?
