Windows 10: I have 2 GPU tabs in my DirectX extensions could that be the reason Fortnight isn't...

Just to be clear in the Directx extensions app there are 2 tabs for my single GPU one that says its feature level is 11 and another that says its feature level is 12 could this be the cause of some issues? I do not have an integrated GPU in my CPU and I'm currently running an AMD and Nvidia setup with no integrated graphics card I'm simply wondering if seeing these 2 tabs should be something to worry about and or if it is causing an issue whenever I attempt to launch only Fortnite not a single other game does this except fortnite.-Thanks!

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

I have download a game that didn´t start, because I didn´t have directx but Ihave directx 12. I have windows 10 64-bit. Sorry, my english isn´t perfect because I am not from England and learn english is difficult for me.

Step 1:

I suggest you to check the DirectX Version installed on your system.

Follow the below steps to check the DirectX Version:

• Press Windows key + R from the Desktop.
• Type dxdiag and hit Enter.
• Check the DirectX Version.

Step 2:

I suggest you to update the Graphic driver from the Device Manager and check if it works.

Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows + R on the Keyboard.
• Type in devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
• Select Graphic driver from the list.
• Right click on the Graphic driver and click on Update driver Software.

If the issue persists then install the latest graphic driver from the manufacturer and check if it helps.
