Please help,When I'm home on my laptop I've somehow connected computers at work. I have no idea how this happened. My picture comes up at one of the workstations at the pharmacy where I work and it looks like I can pull the software from my work computer to my home laptop. My laptop cannot fine or print from computer wireless or otherwise, please help* home laptop added to title.

- Are you able the see light when you turn on the laptop?

I suggest you to do a power drain by following the steps below.

• 
  Remove the battery.
  
• 
  Long press the power button for 15-20 seconds.
  
• 
  Start the computer by connecting the power source (battery should not be connected).
  
• 
  Check if the problem still persists while shutting down the computer.
  
• 
  If not, then connect the battery and can use the computer.

• Are you able to plug and play any other headphones, is this issue specific to particular headphone?

Method 1:

I suggest you to run the Playing Audio
troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Playing Audio.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

Method 2:

I suggest you to make sure that the headphone that you are using are set as default in the computer. Follow these steps to check this:

• Right click on the volume icon and select “Playback devices”.
• Now, right click on empty space and select, “Show disconnected devices” and “Show disabled devices”.
• Select “headphone” and click on “Properties” and make sure that the headphone is enabled & set as default.
• Reconnect your headphones and check if issue is resolved.
