Windows 10: i have 2 large charges for something that isn't showing up in my subscriptions or payments,...

I have 2 large charges for something that isn't showing up in my subscriptions or payments, it says its from Stredmond US, I've removed my card till i can get this figured out, what is this from? None of my family members have access to my account. we each have our own. I've tried other options and even did what the link below said and nothing has come of it. Now seeing as this has similarly happened to others I'm going to assume that either someone in Microsoft is doing shady things that or Microsoft has become a scam. i just got this card too.https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/foru

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Hi we have had a subscription charged to our credit card when it shouldn't have been as the payment details were out of date and therefore request a refund as we don't want this subscription
