Discus and support i have 2 problems one is relating to browser and one relating windows in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i just started to have a problem where any browser randomly goes back one link if i am on youtube and click a video a few minutes later it sends me...     i just started to have a problem where any browser randomly goes back one link if i am on youtube and click a video a few minutes later it sends me back to youtube home screen it happens in any website please help i even factory reset and downloaded chrome again but it still kept happening also randomly my taskbar stops working and i can't click any other apps or open them and can't click any other apps that are already open so like if i was using chrome and had microsoft store open i can't click it please help me i have factory reset but both of the problems wern't resolved i did malware sc

    This is correct. Is also not OS related. It happens with Windows 7 and 10 as well as all browsers.
    It has to be a problem with Google search itself.

    No help from Google on this.

    Thanks guys, at least I now know it's not just a problem on my system i have 2 problems one is relating to browser and one relating windows :)

    Hi Prashant,

    Thank you for responding.

    I suggest you to check if the system date and time is correct and disable the proxy if enabled and check if it helps.

    Step 1: Check if proxy connection is enabled. If yes, then disable the proxy connection and check the status.

    Follow the steps to disable proxy:

    • Open Internet Explorer.
    • Click Tools and then click
      Internet Options.
    • Click on the Connections tab.
    • Click on the LAN Settings
      button.
    • Then uncheck the option Use a proxy server for your LAN.
    • Click Apply.


    Step 2: I suggest you to check if the system Date, time and Time zone
    is set correct.

    Follow the steps to set the date and time:

    • Press Windows key from the keyboard.
    • Type Date and Time in the search bar.
    • Click Change date and time button.
    • Click Apply and Ok to save the date and time.
    Note: Click on the Time Zone tab to check the Time Zone.
