Windows 10: i have 20 milion files after recovery

Discus and support i have 20 milion files after recovery in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; so i had my anti virus on while i was recovering a file so i tried again i got the file that i wanted back tho now i have 20 milion files im not sure...     so i had my anti virus on while i was recovering a file so i tried again i got the file that i wanted back tho now i have 20 milion files im not sure how i got this many files maybe i had them before hand tho thats quit unlikely

    [HELP]Image recovery issues

    Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?

    Strollin: I understand your suggestion, but that means I'll have to re-install all my sofftware etc. again. This is not an enticing thought at all.

    LCDR: I tried the old activation code I used before - it is the same on you posted.

    I tried the steps listed at the WinAero site. Last one failed because it said the server could not be located. But I did get the Jan 20, 2016 date back. So that's something.
