Windows 10: I have 3 current known issues READ FOR INFO I really dont know how to solve this.

I use windows 11, my laptop is currently around a year old.ISSUE 1: In the Microsoft Store, my games and apps wont update, I feel this is because of issue 2. The error message I am receiving is "Something Happened on Our End."ISSUE 2: In the Xbox app settings, I am unable to set a file location, I feel like its important to this issue that I had a hard drive crash back in November, but it was covered by warranty and replaced. I can still launch these apps, but I cannot update them.In the image, no options are shown for "Change where this app installs games by default" and I cannot type anythin

Fallout 3 Crashing

Not quite sure if this is the solution to your particular problem, but this bug is known as a major issue. If you have ffdshow, either from CCCP or other source, there is a known incompatibility that happens if Fallout 3 isn't added to the exception list.

Search for FFDshow in the start menu of windows and then open the audio and video decoder configurations, and there should be an info and debug section with an exception list. Just add your fallout .exe and hopefully that solves the problem.
