Windows 10: I have 3 keyboard layout options when there's only two languages installled

I know is the same question on this link https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/why-do-i-have-3-keyboard-options-when-theres-only/bdb06645-af82-44b9-a40d-bfe0f098457b , but I tried the solution that Mala_S just proposed,When I have this 2 languages installedThese three appearsAnd when I run the two commands as admin on powershell the Spanish Spain language still appearsAnd the only language that remains installed is English

This suggests to me that you are using the wrong "keyboard language" for your keyboard, and that therefore you first step would be to determine exactly what language keyboard you have. Possibly have a look at Windows Keyboard Layouts - Globalization | Microsoft Docs.

(The age of any laptop capable of running Windows 10 at all should not be a problem as regards keyboard layout)

I followed these steps but I can not find this particular keyboard.

 

The extra keyboard layout keep adding to my language bar (with Pics)

The updated Windows 10 may have detected your language, the reason why it automatically gave you the other Thai US keyboard. To correct this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Click on the Start Menu, type in region and language settings and select it.
• Under Languages, select Thai Kedmanee keyboard and click Remove.
• Lastly, add it back by clicking Add a language.

After these steps, your keyboard layout will permanently stay with Thai Kedmanee keyboard.
