Trouble with 2 monitors

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.

WIn 10 Action Center on Wrong Monitor

I have a Win 10 system with 3 monitors 2 30" monitors up top side by side and a 27" touch screen monitor below them. Monitor 1 is on top left, my touch screen is monitor 3 below, when I swipe monitor 3 action center opens on monitor 1. Is there a way to
have Action Center open on only my touch monitor or monitor I choose?

To assist you better, I would like to know the troubleshooting steps that you have tried.

To connect three monitors the Cpu should have the resource to support especially the graphics card.

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices
troubleshooter.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.
