Windows 10: I have a 0x80070643 code error displaying that I dont meet the min system requirements for...

Still on windows 10 but get a min requirement message about Windows 11, and each time i load up a game to play after a few mins my system crashes. My product is relatively new and was recently cleaned to prevent overheating, im sure it is an issue related to this and why i cant clear the notification or download the last install i have left. I uninstalled and redownloaded microsoft and all office apps last night and tried troubleshooting, im still met with the same system shut down and this 0x80070643 error. Any help is appreciated !
