    I have a 1 inch yellow line going downward on the left side of my screen, what do you think...

    Thinking about Going back to Win8.1


    If want to disable IE, still can. However, can't uninstall it like were able to in XP/98/whatever.
    Here's how, although I find it useful in case Chrome or Firefox stops working and have to re-download it. *Wink
    1. Search for turn windows features on or off and click it in the search results.

    2. When the app opens, uncheck Internet Explorer 11.

    3. Click Yes on the warning dialog.

    Start your laptop, does that yellow line appear on the manufacturers logo screen before Windows starts up?

    Take a screenshot of your Desktop, does that yellow line appear in the screenshot?

    3

    If the yellow line is in the screenshot, please provide that screenshot, so I can see the line you are seeing.

    Flickering line across my screen

    My display has a flickering line about 1/4 inch wide and takes up about 3/4 of the length of my screen. I cannot get it to go away. Any suggestions?
