Whenever i try to play forza or any other game,it lags,i feel like the pc could get better performance,it just doesnt,please help!

I am willing to buy a laptop, (IdeaPad Slim 3i 11th Gen, 39.62cms - Intel i3 (Arctic Grey)

Model Number : 82H801L2IN) ,ideapad laptop slim but I need to ask if only 1 8GB RAM is present in 1 of the slot or 4GB RAM in each of the slot? and if 4Gb sticks are there in both, how we are supposed to expand upto 16GB?

Slow Lenovo laptop

Hi,
I am using Windows 10 on a Lenovo ideapad 320 laptop, about a year old.
AMD E-2 9000 Processor
4 Gig ram
64 bit

Seems to be running slow withing Windows itself, have tried running CC Cleaner and scanned for malware and virus, but cannot speed it up.
Any suggestions other than upgrade to a better machine ?
