I'm having a problem trying to get my photos that were backed up to my skydrive cloud and then my one drive app is rooted and I can't see no pictures.... If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

Wifi Calling on Alcatel Idol 4S T-Mobile

I have an identical unlocked Alcatel Idol 4S, which also has a T-Mobile contract. The phone was purchased from a Microsoft Store. I am having the IDENTICAL problem: I do not see any
setting that allows WiFi Calling. I too have confirmed with Alcatel Technical Support that this phone implements WiFi Calling. T-Mobile support can only guide me through steps that are impossible since the options are not present on the any Settings screens.
I hope to get through to Microsoft Technical Support to at least convince them that this is their problem.

Incidentally, my previous phone was an Alcatel One Touch Fierce XL. The phone came branded as T-Mobile. This phone successfully supported WiFi Calling.
