Windows 10: I have a AOC monitor e2352phz and display resolution is locked to 640x480

I have a AOC monitor e2352phz and display resolution is locked to 640x480 and in device manager the monitor is showing as Generic Non PnP monitor. I have recently added AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT graphics card and the issue was observed. Earlier I had Nvidia GTX 1050 and the issue was not there I was able to use monitor in 1920x1080resolution.Need help or suggestions to the monitor to display 1920x1080 resolution.

AOC e2352Phz 3D Monitor Launched in North America

Introduced last summer in Europe, AOC's e2352Phz monitor is now making its way to the North American market to offer customers there a reasonably affordable 'flicker free' 3D experience. AOC's 3D display has a 23-inch LED-backlit panel, a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a 2 ms response time, a dynamic contrast ratio of 20,000,000:1, two 2W speakers, plus D-Sub, DVI and HDMI 1.4a connectivity.

The e2352Phz is bundled with two pairs of passive polarized 3D glasses (one regular pair and one that attaches to prescription glasses) and has a recommended price tag of $299.

 

640x480 resolution problem

Hi Jason,

This is Wil, one of the independent advisor, an expert with Windows 10 and a fellow Windows 10 user like you. I understand your concern about 640x480 resolution.

You would normally have a little window with a black box around it because basically that resolution can't be displayed fullscreen on the monitors that are in the market right now. May I ask why do you need to switch to 640x480 resolution.

AOC TFT22W90PSA monitor drivers

hi

i've just been given an AOC TFT22W90PSA monitor with no drivers , windows takes it as generic display , now i've been on aoc site and they do not list this model anywhere on their site

could anyone help , i'm running windows 10 pro ver. 2004
