Windows 10: I have a bit locker recovery on my computer how do i get it off if i dont have the code?

I have the bit locker on my computer and i have called the school IT department to help. My device does not show up on my computer. So i have no way to do a recovery code. I need to get into my computer to do school work. It is a lenovo yoga with windows 11. I was wondering if there was a way you could give me my bit code or help me recover/enter into my computer. I will be waiting for a response and thanks for the help

3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Bit locker recovery

Hello,

I have Bitlocker recovery screen appear in the middle of a meeting. I have not set any Bit locker password. I have been to my Microsoft login and I dont see any Bit locker key that might have automatically set up. I don't have any back up and worried if I cannot recover.
