    I have a bitlocker screen before the login screen and cannot login.


    Out of the blue, when I tried to login to my computer after a restart there is a bitlocker recovery key screen on my HP 17t-cn300CT02 laptop. I have the correct recovery key and have entered it several times. The recovery key is from my Microsoft account. That takes me to a diagnosing PC screen which eventually moves to a Your PC did not start correctly screen and to restart or try advanced options. I have tried to reset the computer using both the keep your data and get rid of your data options. Neither worked. I have tried all of the HP diagnostic tools and none of them have worked. HP

    login screens

    goto CONTROL PANEL/ USER ACCOUNTS then you have to remove all the other accounts except for the one you logon with....then restart...it should bypass the login tho it will still show the screen for it...it will continue to load windows...good luck*Rockout :rockout:



    edit:: it asks for a login when there are more then one accounts..or if you set a pw to your login name...
