Discus and support I have a blue question mark on top of my hdd file and cant access my sims game can someone... in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; i tried chkdsk but it wouldn’t let me access that and in disk management it says it’s working properly but I still can’t find it...     i tried chkdsk but it wouldn’t let me access that and in disk management it says it’s working properly but I still can’t find it

    Question mark on HDD

    my hdd has a blue question mark symbol on it. i cant access the drive and it is not shown on the disk management

    How do I fix a HDD Drive with a blue question mark?

    My HDD Drive shows a blue question mark next to it. It is not possible for me to access my files that are saved on the drive. When I try to, the error titled "Location is not available" appears. Furthermore the Drive does not appear on the "This PC" tab of File Explorer, unlike my SSD.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    How To Remove Blue Question Mark From File Explorer?

    Is there a way to remove this blue question mark button from File Explorer?

    I never press it, and usually whenever I need help with fixing stuff on the computer, that question mark is the least likely button that will help me out, lol. Thanks!
