Windows 10: I have a blue screen while having a conference call and it made noise so i forced shut down

Hi everyone,


I got my laptop about 2 years ago, and it had never got blue screen issues. Today, while I am having a conference call, it suddenly turned the whole screen blue and it made a humming sound, which looks like my speakers are not functioning well. This sound is quite noisy and I had others in the same room, so I forced to shut down my laptop to stop the noise. After shutting down, I found that it was running a diagnosis on the blue screen how silly. So, I wanted to know what causes the blue screen, and I am quite scared to have another one, at least not in these few weeks cause I am writing for my thesis paper and do not have any spare laptop with me!



Tried opening the dump saved in drive C, but I can't open it. So here's a screenshot of this.

I have tried all of the options there, Which is why i included in my post the lists of things that i performed to isolate the cause of bsod. Thanks
