Windows 10: I have a charge on my bank statement. I did not buy anything through microsoft.

I want to know why I have been charged for something on my account

Hello all could someone please advise me to what steps I need to take and who to ask about charges around 8, being charged from Microsoft billing north ryde please - I have not purchased anything from Microsoft at ALL - the amount is getting ridiculous -
Please return monies that you have taken UNAUTHORISED from my account and by the way how did you, Microsoft, get my bank details when I didn't provide ANY INFORMATION -none what so ever - NOT HAPPY AT ALL

If you could help me out I would appreciate it

This problem has been addressed before but for me it did not produce a resolution. Since installing Windows 10 I cannot print my bank statements (WebBroker). A right click gives only the "save as" option. The "..." icon (which has "print" as an option)
disappears when the statement page comes up. Ctrl P will not show the bank statement in the preview box; I get a blank page with a minuscule square in the upper left hand corner. (Though the actual webpage will show up in the preview box if I chose to print
that.) The only way to print a statement is to save it first and them print the saved document....a real pain. I have checked that my printer is shown as the default printer and I have updated my Adobe. I even tried unchecking "enable protected mode" as
someone suggested. This was never a problem with windows 8. What could be the problem?

I did. Now my bank is having the Fraud department look into this. My account is paid via PayPal account through a different Bank. I have 2 banks. The one that this issue is about is used strictly for monthly bills!! I have proof of both banks that my debit
transactions reflect that this amount that is now being charged is fraudulent. All of my online accounts for Microsoft to my business related go through PayPal. Microsoft needs to have a better way of allowing customers to contact them. No phone number or
even an email in this digitalised world, is available only a mailing address. How is a mailing address going to resolve this issue??
