When I log in to my account I show no order history yet I have these charges on my credit card.

I have received in my credit card bill a charge of MSFT*E04007T4F9 8006427676 WA with and ammount of $ 32.85. I'll appreciate if someone can help me.

 

An unrecognized charge on my Credit Card

I have a recurring charge on my credit card for $45 "MSFT*E0500KRRU1 8006427676 WA" that I dont recognize. I have a Business Standard 365 account and Visio Subscription which are paid by a different credit card. This charge started in July 2021. Please help

 

An unrecognized charge on my Credit Card

This is a constant problem of many users getting an unauthorized charge from MSFT on credit /debit cards. Just do a search of MSBILL.INFO in the Community and you will see all the other posts about these charges on users cards like here Redirecting . Mine was from as MSFT * MSBILL.INFO IE and it originated from Ireland MS office. The first time was for .99 cents and the second this past November was for $6.99 and these charges each time on the 27th of each two months. Each time we called our bank and the bank stopped payment and we got a new debit card. My wife and I have it set up through our bank to send us an alert every time one of our bank debit cards are charged and that is how we caught it plus we check our bank account every day as well. I have instructed our bank to block any and all charges from now on from Microsoft/MSFT * MSBILL . I think what is going on is that MS is trying to charge me a single Microsoft 365 office which I never ever asked for nor anything else from MS. what my wife and I have is Office Home and Student 2019. I do recall I had to re-install my Office twice several months ago and when I re-installed it from my account it also installed that worthless file eater OneDrive with it which I had to unlink my account from it and uninstall it before it swallowed any filles. The only things I should have gotten when I re-download Office 2019 was Word, Excell, Powerpoint, and OneNote so I think MS screwed up and thought it was 365. They seem to be hell bent of getting users locked in with 365.

Now what you can try and do is sign in to your Microsoft Account and after signing in go to this site Contact - Microsoft Support and in the box I would type "unauthorized MSFT charge on Credit Card." then click the help box. You should get a "case number" in your email that you have for your MS account. Once you get your case number email then reply to it explaining what is going on. Now mind you that you will probably not get to speak to anyone or probably even get a reply back. What I have gotten so far back from MS is a an email titled

"Please tell us about your recent Microsoft support experience"

and it also stated

"Thank you for using Microsoft products and services, we appreciate your business. This email is to confirm that your support case has been closed, the details of the service request case are as follows:"

Then it wanted me to select one out of three choices for a rating. I emailed them back at support including my case # and told them that I could not properly select a choice because I had never been contacted that my problem had been resolved and I still have never heard anything. I guess I will see on the 27th of December if MS fixed it. I know mine was not a lot of money but it is the principle of the thing that a big corporation like MS can just arbitrarily charge you for a service you never asked for or received. I hope it is resolved so I do not have to resort to other means to get it stopped. Good luck.
