I have a charge on my credit card account for Xbox and I am not an Xbox user.How do I get a credit and stop it from happening?I've had to change my credit card 3 times it's still happening.What do I doThanks

I never used these credit cards on my personal computer or Xbox live account yet they show up as payment options! These are personal credit cards of the owner of my company and co-chair. ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MINDS?!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS NOT AN OPTION!

I tried Chat and contacting you via phone with ZERO success. My next step is to take this to the news media. You guys are being extremely careless in how you handle customer information.

You need to contact me and REMOVE these cards from my account POST HASTE!

 

xbox music does not recognise credit card added to Wallet

Hi All,

Hoping someone may be able to help.

I have a Lumia 925 running Win 8.1 Preview for Developers in UK. I also own a Surface RT and an Xbox 360.

I have my credit card linked to my Hotmail account.

On my Surface (and my xbox), I can purchase music via xbox music and pay via my credit card linked to my account with no issues.

On my Lumia, it is unfortunately a different story. The xbox music app 'passes' me through to Wallet, which then states 'We don't have a credit card on file for your account'. If I click the 'Add a credit card' option and fill in the card details, it then
states that it can't be added, as it already exists.

So, if I want any music on my phone, I now have to purchase through my tablet and then sync up with my phone, which seems rather ridiculous.

MS have suggested removing the card for 72 hours and re-adding it - has anyone else had this issue, and has this resolved it, or is there anything else I can do?

If you go to your account https://account.live.com Sign in and go to Services & Subscription, do you see anything that matches the charges? If not, click on Order history instead and anything?

If none of the usual reasons apply to the charges you see on your credit card from Microsoft, it's possible that your card has been compromised. This means unauthorized charges may have been made on someone else's Microsoft account using your credit card. In such a scenario, you should contact your credit card company to open a dispute case. Microsoft is unable to directly investigate issues related to someone else's account if you contact their Billing Support directly. However, once a dispute case is initiated by your credit card company, Microsoft can then respond specifically to those claims through the dispute process with the credit card company. This is the appropriate channel to resolve such issues, as it ensures proper verification and handling of the unauthorized charges.
